About the role

We're looking for a passionate and motivated Head Chef or experienced Sous Chef who is ready to take ownership of the kitchen and help drive the next chapter of our award-winning venue.

Key responsibilities

- Take ownership of the kitchen and lead kitchen operations

- Deliver high-quality food and maintain consistency

- Contribute to menu development, aligned with the venue's culinary vision

- Lead and shape the kitchen operation

About you

- Experience as a Head Chef, or is a Sous Chef ready to step up

- Passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining consistency

- Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills

- Organised, motivated,



and proactive

- Brings creativity and a willingness to contribute new ideas

- Experience in a wine bar, modern bistro, or similar venue (preferred)

- Holds full working rights in Australia
