Palmera Projects seeks a Policy and Planning Manager to shape policy direction, lead strategic planning cycles, and ensure DFAT accreditation and donor compliance across its international development portfolio.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will oversee MEL, resource allocation, and ensure governance frameworks. You will mentor staff and collaborate with donors and government partners to enhance impact.
