Aged Care Decisions is hiring for Client Services Case Managers to support families through the aged care placement journey from our Southport office. These roles offer part time and full-time hours (32-38 per week) with a base pay of $40.15 per hour post training, plus superannuation and uncapped bonuses, and a year 1 pay rise.

You will interact with families by phone, assess needs, and present tailored Home Care and residential care options while delivering compassionate, informative guidance
