Our client is a multi-award-winning financial services business based around Wollongong, with a strong national presence, a large client base and several growing areas of the business.

They’re looking for a Client Experience Consultant who brings warmth, personality and a proactive approach to customer service. You might come from retail, hospitality, customer service or a corporate environment. What matters most is that you love speaking with people and making their experience a great one.

You’ll spend much of your day on the phone, checking in with clients, following up enquiries and applications, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. These are people who have already engaged with the business, so you’ll have a reason to call and a relationship to build.

About the role

- Make regular outbound calls to clients who have enquired, submitted information or started the process.

- Follow up applications and outstanding information, helping clients understand what happens next.

- Check that clients have received communications and offer support with any questions.

- Build relationships through friendly conversations, thoughtful check-ins and reliable follow-up.





- Keep accurate records and manage reminders so you call back when you say you will.

- Work with the wider team to keep clients informed and deliver a personal, attentive experience.

About you

- You genuinely enjoy calling people and would be happy spending most of your day on the phone.

- You bring experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, sales or another role involving regular customer contact.

- You build rapport easily, listen carefully and remember the little details.

- You’re confident starting conversations, asking questions and offering help.

- You take ownership of your follow-ups and stay organised across a busy workload.

- You bring a qualified approach, positive energy and a willingness to learn.
