A permanent leadership role with a not-for-profit that’s growing on the Central Coast

If you’re after a career in OOSH, not just a job, this one is for you. We’re looking for a confident, community-minded Nominated Supervisor to lead our Woodport OOSH service. You’ll have an established second-in-charge beside you, and a new General Manager and management team who are investing in the people who lead our services.

Woodport is going to tender next year, and we’re reapplying. This is a permanent position, not a fixed-term contract. We’re growing across the Central Coast and we want to build a team of quality, long-term leaders. About the role

You’ll lead a dedicated team delivering Before and After School Care and vacation care that local families trust. You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, mentoring and developing your Educators, including performance support
- Building a positive team culture and a fun, engaging, play-based program
- Keeping the service compliant with legislation, our policies and the National Quality Standards
- Managing enrolments, rosters, ratios, vacation care planning and attendance
- Keeping children and Educators secure and well
- Building genuine relationships with children, families and the school community

About you





- Previous experience as an OOSH or childcare leader or Nominated Supervisor
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent recognised by ACECQA). All qualifications considered
- Working With Children Check and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT025 or equivalent)
- Current Education & Care First Aid and CPR
- Willingness to undergo a National Criminal History Check
- National Foundations of Child Safety Training
- Working knowledge of MTOP, the NQS and the Assessment & Rating process (desirable, not essential)
