EML is seeking a dedicated Claims Advisor in Tweed Heads to join our growing team. You will manage inbound/outbound calls, assist workers and employers through the claims process, and help with documentation to enable timely access to services for injury recovery.
The role is full time and permanent, based in Tweed Heads with work-from-home flexibility. You will collaborate with experts to deliver exceptional customer service and accurate records throughout the claims journey.
