VALE Partners have engaged an international SaaS scale-up to help grow their Australian engineering team in Melbourne. The role is a senior individual contributor split between feature development and engineering process improvement, focusing on agentic practices.

You will design and ship across the stack, contribute to CI/CD, IaC, and automated testing, and help the team elevate software quality and production readiness. This is a fast-paced startup-style setting with structure.
