The Australian Small Business and Family Enterprise Ombudsman (ASBFEO) in Melbourne is seeking APS5 Case Managers to join the Information and Assistance team. You will manage requests for assistance, assess risk, and help parties work toward resolution with judgement and empathy.

You will engage with complainants, respondent businesses and government agencies, applying legislation and policy in decision-making, and supporting a collaborative, responsive team culture in a agile government
