We are looking for a leader first and foremost. Someone who can bringpeople together, create accountability, build capability, and inspire a team toachieve more than they thought possible.





You will ideally bring:

- StrongAgriculture industry experience
- Experienceleading multi-functional teams across Sales, Parts, Service or Operations
- Commercialand business acumen, including budget and performance management
- Apassion for people development, culture and leadership
- Theability to build trust with customers, team members and the localcommunity
- ATrack record of delivering results while maintaining a positive,values-led culture
- Ahands-on leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front
- Experiencein agriculture, John Deere, heavy equipment, dealerships, construction, automotive, transport or related industries will be highly regarded
