You will assist with managing the Extra Care inbox and customer engagement, handling complex vulnerability cases and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure fair and productive outcomes.

You will help educate frontline staff, support the complaints and Fraud teams on PVC issues, and contribute to communications and MI for the Extra Care team.
