The Star Sydney is seeking a Commis Chef to work closely with the Sous Chefs and Chef de Cuisine in a rapid-paced, hands-on kitchen. The role emphasizes precision, creativity, safety, and quality in a dynamic environment.

You’ll contribute to Oasis Dining and the commissary kitchen, supporting training, food prep, and station cleanliness while adapting to a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
