Perth Airport Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Lead to guide the transition of capital projects into live operations. You will apply Perth Airport’s OR framework across projects, coordinating readiness activities with operational teams, airlines, contractors and other stakeholders.

You will run readiness workshops, trials and testing, develop ORAT plans and trackers, and monitor progress to identify gaps, risks and barriers.
