atWork Australia is seeking an Employer Engagement Consultant to join our Employment Services team. You’ll develop and sustain relationships with local employers to create meaningful job opportunities for clients across Australia.

You’ll identify leads, partner with Job Coaches, and deliver post-placement support to ensure long-term employment success, while collaborating with internal teams to improve retention and outcomes. A current Australian Driver’s Licence is required.
