If you’re someone who is located within postcode 4350 and willing to travel outside of Toowoomba, locations like Highfields, Clifton, Southbrook, Gatton and Pittsworth and enjoys making a difference, building meaningful relationships and no two days being quite the same, we’d love to hear from you

What a day can look like

- Start your morning supporting a client with personal care, medication assistance, and daily routines
- Assist clients with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and keeping their home comfortable
- Support clients with shopping, appointments, and community activities to help them maintain their independence




- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families while providing personalised care
- Adapt your day to each client’s unique needs — no two days are ever the same

What you’ll bring

- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care or similar industry experience
- Driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle
- First Aid/CPR and WWCC/blue Card
- Current Police Check/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willingness to obtain
- Confidence using a smartphone or tablet

- Permanent part-time roles: $34.42 -$36.23 per hour + 12% super
