Youturn is seeking a Clinical Care Coordinator for the Adelaide YES program to support 12–25 year olds and their families with recovery, wellbeing and connection.

As part of a multidisciplinary team you will provide strengths-based mental health care coordination, work with families and partners, and help young people set goals and navigate supports with a focus on inclusion, accountability and youth-friendly care.
