AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort in Australia seeks a skilled Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team on a full time basis. You will ensure high-quality meals, maintain hygiene, and support menu development with the Head Chef.

The role requires a Certificate III in Cookery, hotel/restaurant experience, and flexibility to cover rosters across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Rotating shifts and weekends are expected.
