Our background in car rental operations gives us first-hand insight into the challenges rental businesses face every day, and we are now investing in software development to turn that insight into commercial products.

The Opportunity

You will work on a car rental and fleet management platform covering vehicle tracking, rental bookings, accident and claim management and operational automation, designed to be sold commercially to rental companies across the market. You will also help build software for accounting firms, including practice and workflow management, client data handling, compliance tracking and reporting tools, and integrate modern AI models to automate repetitive tasks, process documents and generate insights for our clients. You will work closely with the business from requirements through to deployment, with real influence over the architecture, technology choices and direction of each product.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Developer Programmer for a full-time, permanent position based at our Lakemba office. You will be responsible for the design, development, deployment and ongoing support of our commercial software products.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test and maintain web and mobile applications for our car rental, accounting and AI products
- Build backend services and RESTful APIs using C# and . NET Core, and integrate third‑party systems such as payment gateways, insurance providers,



vehicle data services and accounting platforms
- Design and optimise SQL Server / MySQL databases for application and reporting needs
- Develop responsive front‑end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and a modern framework (React, Angular or Vue)
- Deploy and maintain applications on Azure / AWS using CI/CD pipelines, and support live production systems
- Analyse client and business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and documentation
- Integrate AI models and services into product features
- Apply Agile practices, including code reviews, automated testing and Git version control, and mentor junior developers

Skills & Experience Required

- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Developer Programmer, Software Developer or Software Engineer
- Strong full‑stack skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC / . NET Core, SQL Server and a modern JavaScript framework
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration, cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and Git
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
- Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Highly desirable experience building commercial or multi‑client software products
- Experience with accounting, finance or fleet management systems, or with AI model integration
