Our team are currently partnering with several highly regarded Aged Care providers across regional Australia who are looking for Residential Services Managers ready for a change of scenery.

Role Requirements:

- 4+ years of Senior leadership experience in a Residential Aged Care or a similarly complex care setting
- AHPRA Registration desirable but not always essential
- Solid knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC and aged care regulation
- Strong financial and operational skills, with experience managing budgets and meeting KPIs
- A warm, visible leadership style, with excellent stakeholder management capability
- Full Australian working rights (unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for these roles)
