TalentWeb is partnering with an established national builder to appoint an experienced Senior Contract Administrator for a $100m+ high-rise residential development in Sydney. You will work with the Project Manager and delivery team, managing subcontractor packages, procurement, cost reporting and contractual risk, while ensuring commercial outcomes.

The role requires proven experience with Class 2 residential, mixed-use or commercial construction, a proactive approach, and robust negotiation and
