Desian Education is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and supportive primary school in Aintree for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS2 Teacher. This is a full-time, long-term position offering the opportunity to become an integral part of the school community and make a lasting impact on pupils' learning and development.

The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff and will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning within Key Stage 2. This role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking to develop their career within a supportive school environment.

The Role

- Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons across KS2
- Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
- Monitor pupil progress and provide appropriate support and challenge
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to achieve the best outcomes for pupils
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school community
- Take full teaching responsibilities,



including planning, marking, and assessment

The Ideal Candidate

- Has a Full Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or is willing to obtain one)
- Experience teaching within KS2
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching practices
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passionate about raising attainment and supporting children's development
- Reliable, professional, and able to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
- M1-M6: £120 - £232 per day, depending on experience and pay scale
