Perri Partners Accountants are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Receptionist to join their team in Warrawong, NSW. This is a full-time position and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the business.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients and visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner

Handling incoming phone calls and directing enquiries to the appropriate team members

Providing administrative support, including filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments

Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area

Assisting with various office management tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Robust organisational and time management abilities

Proficient in using standard office equipment and software, such as Microsoft Office,



MYOB (preferable but not essential)

A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour

A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask
