Open Futures Disability Services in Brisbane seeks a female Disability Support Worker for complex care of a young woman with FND and mental health challenges. The role involves intimate personal care, ethical boundaries, and a solid emphasis on dignity and autonomy.

You will use PBS-informed approaches, manage challenging behaviours, support daily living and community participation, and document progress while coordinating with family and the team.
