Pearsons Florist is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sydney to join our design and floristry team. You will handle website, phone and email orders, support our florists, and deliver exceptional service to corporate customers.

This full time, permanent role runs Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, in a friendly, creative environment where attention to detail and strong communication are valued. You’ll thrive on building relationships and solving customer issues daily.
