InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort in Queensland is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team. Working alongside the Head Pastry Chef, you will create desserts, pastries, and bakery items for luxury dining experiences across the resort.

This full time role requires a recognised pastry qualification, strong technical pastry skills, and a commitment to HACCP and food safety. You will train junior staff, manage stock, and contribute to seasonal menus while
