Minor Hotels’ AVANI Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking a skilled Demi Chef to join the kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating while helping deliver a high-quality dining experience for guests.

The role requires knowledge of HACCP and OH&S;, flexibility across breakfast, lunch, and dinner shifts, and teamwork to support junior staff. Hourly rates apply with weekend premiums; opportunities for part time or full-time roles are available.
