Due to continued growth, we are expanding our team and have two Vehicle Handover Specialists positions available. We are passionate about innovation, exceptional customer service and creating memorable ownership experiences from purchase through to vehicle handover.

About the Role

As a Vehicle Handover Specialists, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience and ensuring every vehicle handover is seamless, qualified and memorable.
This is a full-time position working Tuesday to Saturday, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a weekday off while being available to support our busy weekend trading period, with overtime opportunities available.

Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinating all aspects of vehicle deliveries

- Scheduling customer handover appointments

- Liaising with sales, service and administration teams

- Managing delivery paperwork and compliance requirements

- Preparing delivery packs and ensuring vehicles are presentation-ready

- Conducting vehicle handovers and vehicle feature demonstrations

- Maintaining accurate delivery records and customer information

- Supporting the sales team to achieve exceptional customer outcomes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- Strong organisational and administrative abilities





- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Confidence using computer systems and dealership software

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

- A professional and positive attitude

- Previous experience in automotive, retail, hospitality or customer service will be highly regarded

- A current Australian driver's licence
