Palm Lake Care Toowoomba is seeking an experienced Clinical Coordinator – Admissions & Assessments to review residents' clinical needs, translate information into explicit assessments and care documentation, and support the care team from day one.

This permanent, full-time role in Toowoomba offers a hands-on clinical position, guidance on AN-ACC processes, and opportunities to influence admissions, documentation quality and resident outcomes, with support from Palm Lake Care and our EAP and staff
