Thriving Kids Access and Pathways Team Leader is based in Melbourne and provides operational, professional and people leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering intake, triage, pathway determination and service navigation for children aged 8 and under with developmental delay or autism.

You will build workforce capability, supervise, coach and develop staff, oversee demand and waitlist management, and foster solid partnerships across early childhood, education, health and community
