The role drives recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance culture while managing compensation and advantages, payroll, and HR operations.

You will collaborate with global HR policies, support asset directors, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions, including Spain, US, and Europe.
