Montessori Care is seeking an experienced High Intensity Disability Support Worker to join a secure care team for an NDIS participant in the Wattle Grove area. The role focuses on personal care and complex clinical supports, requiring hands-on HIDP experience across multiple tasks.

You will collaborate with the family and provide consistent, person-centred care in-home. The position requires current checks, a valid NSW driver’s licence and the ability to engage with families and adapt routines
