About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ICT Business Analyst with strong A expertise to join our team in Australia.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

- Design and implement A solutions, including configuration and development activities as required.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues raised by internal and external stakeholders.
- Design, prepare, and maintain test cases, including SIT, UAT, and Business-as Usual (BAU) non-regression scenarios.
- Support defect management, issue resolution, and retesting activities.
- Provide support to Project Managers and Test Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to project documentation, solution specifications, and implementation activities.
- Ensure delivery quality and compliance with project standards and best practices

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong experience working with the A Core Banking Platform.
- Hands‑on experience in A parameterization, configuration,



and/or development.
- Positive understanding of banking and wealth management processes.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within banking, private banking, wealth management, or financial services environments.
- Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- ACCP and/or ABRS certification is an advantage.
