BOQ Group is seeking a part-time Customer Relationship Specialist for our Castletown branch in Western Australia. You will engage customers to uncover goals and match them with banking solutions, manage loan maintenance requests, and drive referrals to Home Lending and Business Banking.

You will also coach team members, promote digital tools, and build solid customer relationships to support retention and growth. This role offers a pathway toward lending specialization.
