Casual Education Support Educator (Secondary Schools)

- You will be supporting a small group of Secondary years students witheducation support (e.g. ADHD, behavioural, etc)
- Expect a Star is working closely with the Department, Independent and Catholic schools, to support with their emergency CRT/educator and Full-time needs. We are liaising directly with the School Principals to select and assign high quality Primary and Secondary generalist teachers when their needs arise.

The Role:

- Immediate start (Term 4, 2026)
- Block booking available for the right candidate
- You will be supporting a small group of Secondary years students witheducation support (e.g. ADHD, behavioural, etc)
- Expect a Star is working closely with the Department, Independent and Catholic schools, to support with their emergency CRT/educator and Full time needs. We are liaising directly with the School Principals to select and assign high quality Primary and Secondary generalist teachers when their needs arise.

What you will do:

- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students
- Support students with additional needs, including behavioural, physical, social, and emotional support requirements.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to promote student engagement and wellbeing.
- Encourage student participation and independence in classroom activities.




- Support the implementation of individual learning plans and behaviour support strategies.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, staff, and families.

What you need:

- Certificate lll or IV in School Based Education Support, or relevant teaching qualifications and experience
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- 2x professional referees
