We are currently seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Bethanie Health Practice team and Bethanie Peel, Mandurah, working alongside a collaborative team of General Practitioners and Nurse Practitioners committed to delivering innovative, high-quality patient-centred care.

This role is offered on aCasual Basis.

About the role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will provide advanced clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and referrals for older Australians within a primary care and aged care setting. Working closely with our General Practitioners and clinical teams, you will play an integral role in improving health outcomes through evidence-based, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct advanced clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, prescribing, and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with General Practitioners, nursing teams, and allied health professionals to deliver high-quality care.
- Support positive health outcomes through evidence-based and person-centred clinical practice.

About You

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration and endorsement as a Nurse Practitioner with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
- Bachelor of Science (Registered Nursing) and Master of Nursing (Nurse Practitioner)




- Current Prescriber Number and Medicare Provider Number (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic and treatment planning capabilities
- Well-developed computer skills, including experience using clinical software systems
- Experience working in aged care is desirable but not essential
- Passion for working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
