Silverchain seeks a Registered Nurse to join its Country Health team, based out of Narrogin/Pingelly on a Permanent Full-Time basis. You will deliver community nursing with flexible, one-on-one care across the Wheatbelt, including wound management, catheter care and chronic disease support.

You will bring advanced clinical assessment, solid communication, and a valid AHPRA registration with WWC. The role includes training, a mobile phone and laptop, salary packaging options, and extended annual
