Job Description

We are looking for a permanent full time Retail Manager to join our team. Competitive compensation based on experience and skill level.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing daily store operations and coordinating retail staff.
- Planning staff rosters, allocating duties and overseeing staff performance.
- Recruiting, inducting and training team members, where authorised.
- Monitoring stock levels, arranging orders and coordinating suppliers.
- Reviewing sales results, operating expenses and performance against budgets.
- Managing product displays, merchandising and promotional activities.
- Handling escalated customer enquiries, complaints and returns.
- Overseeing cash reconciliation,



stocktakes and loss-prevention processes.
- Maintaining workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
- Reporting operational and financial performance to owner.

Skills and experience

- Must have degree in management
- Must have 1 year in retail management or a comparable role.
- Demonstrated experience managing staff, stock and sales performance.
- Strong leadership, communication, organisation and customer-service skills.
- Ability to use point-of-sale and inventory-management systems.
