This is a front of house role covering reception and general motel duties in a busy, high occupancy property at a boutique motel with 33 rooms located in Cairns.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting and checking guests in and out
- Managing bookings, phone calls and enquiries
- Handling payments and basic admin
- Assisting with general motel duties as needed
- Providing friendly, helpful service to guests
About you
- Previous reception experience preferred (motel, hotel or similar an advantage)
- Friendly, professional manner with positive communication skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Confident with basic computer systems and cash handling
- Available for some weekend shifts
