RFBI is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead our aged care residence in Bellingen. You will advise and assist the care staff to provide resident-centered care, reporting to the Care Manager. The role focuses on high-quality clinical care, care plan evaluation, and strong teamwork within a supportive workplace.

We require AHPRA registration, 2+ years in aged care, first aid, and WHS knowledge. iCare experience is desirable.
