RSL LifeCare Limited is seeking a dedicated Home Care – Community Support Worker to help veterans and seniors stay secure and independent at home across the ACT and NSW. You will follow individual care plans, assist with personal care, provide respite, and support social connection in the community.

In this role you’ll work as part of a compassionate team, using technology to update care records, and you must have a Certificate in Individual Support or equivalent, a valid driver’s licence, Police
