GWMWater in Ararat is seeking a Team Leader to head the Ararat workgroup, overseeing day-to-day operational and maintenance activities to ensure secure, reliable water and wastewater services across the region. Reporting to the Grampians Operations Manager, the role leads Water Services Operators, coordinates activities, monitors asset performance, and responds to service delivery issues.
