The Underdog by Third Wave BBQ in Carnegie is seeking a Venue Manager to open and run the venue. You will recruit and train the team, set standards and lead the front-of-house from day one.

As opening manager you’ll focus on on-floor leadership, coaching your team, managing service and delivery, and ensuring guest experience is outstanding. Rosters, budgets and compliance are part of the role.
