Medical Receptionist Required for Psychology & Naturopath Clinics

Our business is well established and located in the centre of the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

As a result of our passion and strong business strategies the business has experienced significant growth across the last year and will continue expand in the same direction in the years to follow. We currently offer Psychology, Naturopathy, Speech Pathology and OT and Dietetics across SEQ.

You will be working predominantly in our Mooloolaba office, but at times Caloundra so you must be able to travel to work at both.

THE ROLE

We are seeking an admin superstar. Someone who can work in a fast paced admin role but does it with a smile. They know how to prioritise tasks.



They are capable of working independentlyand also in a team, they demonstrate exceptional communication and team/client interaction.

MUST have 3 days minimum available and be flexible with your hours.

We are looking to offer approx 15-20 hours (these may be half days).

Essential is Monday and Wednesday as a minimum.

The essentials

Be able to work in a fast-paced administration setting

You can work efficiently and with strongattention to detail

You have a friendly and warm personality.

Willing to show initiative

Be organised

Be comfortable with handling conflict

Maintain a qualified image

Able to manage multiple programs with ease (CRM's, POS etc)

Ideally

Have minimum 1 year experience working in medical, psychology or other allied health reception

Familiar with medicare payments and NDIS
