An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced, commercially astute Senior Digital Manager to lead the technology delivery, performance and evolution of eCommerce and digital platforms within a rapidly expanding global retail business.

Reporting to the CIO, you will lead a team of 12, drive the digital technology roadmap and ensure scalable, high-performing platforms support continued international growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, develop and inspire a team of 12 digital and technology professionals.
- Own the eCommerce technology roadmap, development backlog and end-to-end delivery.
- Drive platform performance, stability, integrations and continuous improvement.
- Provide hands‑on technical leadership across architecture, development and delivery.
- Manage technology partners, budgets, governance and senior stakeholder relationships.
- Deliver innovative, customer‑focused digital solutions in a fast‑paced global retail workplace.

About You

- 7+ years' technical experience,



including strong expertise in Shopify Plus, Magento or similar enterprise eCommerce platforms.
- Proven experience leading digital technology teams and complex eCommerce delivery.
- Solid technical understanding of APIs, integrations, front‑end development and cloud platforms.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and enterprise retail systems.
- Commercially minded, decisive and comfortable operating at both strategic and hands‑on technical levels.
- An engaging leader with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver results at pace.
