Full-Time Sales Representative | Training Provided + Uncapped Commission

Bull Direct Marketing is looking for two full-time Sales Representatives to join the team on the Gold Coast.

You don’t need to have worked in sales before. We’re more interested in whether you’re confident with people, happy to learn and like having clear goals to work towards.

A lot of the skills that make someone good at this come from hospitality, retail, fitness or customer service. If you’re used to talking to different people all day, building rapport quickly and keeping your energy up, that can translate really well.

What you’ll be doing

This is a face-to-face sales role, so you’ll be out talking to people rather than sitting behind a desk.

Day to day, you’ll be:

- Approaching and speaking with members of the public

- Starting conversations and building rapport

- Presenting an offer clearly

- Working towards daily and weekly sales targets

- Taking feedback on board and improving as you go





The team works across different locations from Beenleigh to Tweed, so you’ll need your own car and be comfortable travelling between sites.

You also need to be okay with hearing “no”. That’s part of sales. The people who do well are able to move on quickly and keep going.

Pay and commission

Base pay is $978.12 per 38‑hour week, plus super.

On top of that, there’s uncapped weekly commission plus bonuses.

Top performers can earn $100,000 to $160,000 per year in total earnings.

That level of income isn’t guaranteed and comes down to your individual results.

Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

- Some Saturday mornings

No sales experience? That’s okay.

Full training is provided.

What matters more is that you:

- Are comfortable talking to people you don’t know

- Have a good attitude and work ethic

- Can take feedback and actually use it

- Like having targets to work towards

- Are reliable and turn up when you say you will

- Want to improve and progress

There’s also a seven-stage progression pathway into training, team leadership and management for people who want to take things further.

What happens before you start

Shortlisted applicants will complete a 30–45 minute field trial with one of the trainers.

If that goes well, you’ll then complete an induction of around 1.5–2 hours so you’re ready to start in the field from 2 November.

What you need

You must have:

- A current driver’s licence

- A reliable car

- Availability for the advertised hours
