Swan Christian College, part of Swan Christian Education Association, invites applications for a Dean of Learning Enrichment in the Secondary School. This full time, permanent role commencing 1 January 2027 offers negotiable teaching load and a leadership pathway in inclusive education.

You will lead secondary learning enrichment, coordinate support, ensure NCCD compliance, and foster a collaborative Christian school culture with a focus on removing barriers to student success.
