Mackay Base Hospital, General Surgical Unit, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Facilitator for a temporary position. This role focuses on clinical care, leadership, education and/or research, working with the Nurse Educator and Nurse Unit Manager to support staff development.

The unit is a rapid-paced 30-bed acute surgical ward serving complex surgical and urology patients. Join a collaborative team dedicated to patient safety and excellent outcomes across the Mackay region.
