MADEC Australia is seeking a Workplace Compliance Manager to oversee safe, compliant and efficient workforce operations across regional Queensland. The role is field-based with travel across Far North QLD, Caboolture region and beyond, offering flexible remote/hybrid work arrangements.

You will inspect, audit and assess compliance with WHS standards, mentor teams and build solid relationships with host employers, workers and stakeholders to drive consistent standards and positive safety
