Blacktown City Council is offering a Graduate Business Analyst position starting mid-February 2027. The role provides rotations through People and Culture, Corporate Strategy and Performance, and Finance to understand how people, processes, and finances support community services.

You will analyse data, map processes and gather stakeholder requirements, delivering reports and dashboards with Excel and Power BI to highlight trends and opportunities.
