BlueCare's Flinders View Aged Care Facility is seeking a Personal Carer to support residents with daily living activities, personal care and mobility. The role emphasizes building meaningful relationships and improving quality of life within the residential home.

Ideal candidates will have Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, be comfortable with technology, and be available for night duties. Eligibility for NDIS screening is required or willingness to obtain.
