The Fullerton Hotel Sydney is seeking a motivated kitchen professional to join our overnight team. You will work 11pm–7am on a part-time basis, four days per week, delivering high-standard dishes and customer service in a rapid-paced luxury hotel environment.

Applicants should have a sound knowledge of cooking styles, HACCP, and a genuine passion for food trends. Experience in busy hotel kitchens is preferred; lunch is provided daily and staff discounts apply.
